Paul spent 6 years as one of the original employees of Hopkins Consultants having first started with us in 1992. After a brief hiatus, he returned to Hopkins in 2012 and hasn’t looked back. He has experience in urban, rural and engineering surveying, easement surveys, topographic & detail surveys, subdivision and road design, as well as experience in engineering setout and control.
